Amazon EC2

Amazon EC2 will act as the primary computing engine for our software. EC2 instances will handle real time performance monitoring and analysis across multiple applications, providing scalable compute power as workloads increase. The ability to auto-scale EC2 ensures optimal performance and resource allocation based on demand spikes. We had deployed our multiple servers and solutions on Amazon EC2.

Amazon EBS

Amazon EBS will provide persistent storage for the EC2 instances running our tools. EBS will handle model caching, transactional data, and intermediate outputs, providing low-latency access to frequently used datasets and enabling faster processing. This ensures data persistence even when EC2 instances are rebooted or scaled down. We can easily add or remove or increase decrease the volumes as and when required as per need of our solution in very simple manner.

Amazon S3

Amazon S3 will be used for scalable storage of static assets and logs. For us, S3 will store logs, historical performance data, and reports generated from the monitoring tool. The durability and accessibility of S3 ensure that data is securely stored and can be quickly retrieved whenever needed.

Amazon VPC

Amazon VPC is the Virtual Private Cloud, which is an isolated cloud resource. It controls the virtual networking environment, such as resource placement, connectivity, and security. It reduces our headache to maintain our resources.

Amazon RDS

Amazon RDS is cloud database service that allows easily operating and scaling relational Databases. It enables to manage wide range of data base engines like AWS Service (RDS) for MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and Maria DB etc. Currently we are using Mongo DB and SQL server for our solution, which handles our large size databases and also provides high availability, durability with great security.

Amazon Lambda

Amazon Lambda is a server less compute service. This can be used to run codes with high availability zone. Its can handle large codes and can performs large and complex calculations in minimum time. It scales automatically to handle any amount of traffic. We are performing lots of large business logics calculation and data analysis calculation on using Amazon Lambda which saves our cost as it charge as per usage so we do not required to own costly resources or large size EC2 instances.

Apollo International School

• Challenge :- Maintain Data of multiple institutes from various location and their staff and students. Also measure progress of students and their staff over the various academic years.
• Solution :- We have provided them our School Management system using which they can easily maintain all records and keep track of their multiple institutes at the same place and monitor and analyze data to achieve their goals. Amazon EC2, Amazon EBS we have used to address their issue and deliver them the solution.
• Results :- After using our solution they are able to manage their all institute data easily and can trace performance their students and staff. They can easily maintain day to day task easily. Our solution save their 80% time to manage distributed data and also provide them 99% accuracy with simplicity to maintain records. Currently they are managing their 10+ institute data using our solution.

• Challenge :- Precisely maintain day to day activities in minimum time and measure progress of student and their staff over the various academic years. And Reduce usage of papers.
• Solution :- We have provided them our School Management system in the form of Web portal and Mobile Application. Using which they can easily maintain lots of routine things like Student and Staff Attendance, Student Examination, Student Homework, Transportation, Canteen & Hostel details, Assignment, Fees Collection, Library details, Parent Teacher meeting details, Visitors details etc. Now they can easily keep track of things digitally which reduce their paper usage and also the things are available on fingertip with very less effort. Amazon S3, Amazon Lambda, Amazon EC2 we have used to address their issue and deliver them the solution.

They can easily communicate with their parents though the mobile app and notifications in very less time like 10 to 15 minutes. They are getting 100% accurate staff and Student attendance records, also getting 100% accurate student Exam Result data without any headache. Now their aim is to create paper less school.
